How soon do I need to book?

We recommend booking your airport transfers as soon as you have confirmed your flights and accommodation to take the stress out of booking at the last minute.

For all events, it is advisable to book as early as you can to ensure availability for your special day. If you are getting married in the peak times between spring and Christmas then we recommend booking transportation with us as soon as possible and tweaking the finer details as you have a clearer timeline.

School formals are booked 2 to 3 months in advance. Remember that there will be a lot of demand on the night from your fellow students, so you will need to get in first!

Major sports events like racing day carnivals or state of origins are also very popular for chauffeured limousine hire, so the same rule applies. First in best dressed!

Where will we meet at the airport?

At the airport your chauffer will be holding a sign with your surname on it.  Please check the individual airports below for more detail.

Sunshine Coast Airport – Inside the airport, at the arrivals gate.

Brisbane Domestic Airport – On the ground floor, at the designated baggage carousal for the airline you are travelling with.

Brisbane International Airport – On your left as you leave the immigrations exit.

How much time should I allow to get to Brisbane from Noosa?

In good traffic the journey takes about 1.5 hours, however we like to allow a minimum of 2 hours for any last minute arrangements and traffic delays… this of course will depend on the time of day you are travelling.  For example, you will need to allow additional travel time during peak hour on a Friday afternoon or at the end of a long weekend.  Please ask for advice when booking your airport transfer.

How much time should I allow to get to Sunshine Coast Airport from Noosa?

About 40 minutes, again we like to add some extra time in, just in case!

Do you offer a direct transfer from Sunshine Coast and Brisbane Airports?

Absolutely!  We will transfer you directly from the airport to your accommodation.

Do you have baby seats?

Yes, we have child seats to cater for all ages – rear facing (infants), forward facing (toddler) and booster seats. Please let us know the age of your child when booking.  All baby and child seats are provided free of charge.

We are coming into Brisbane International Terminal, what do we do if our flight is delayed?

When you book your airport transfer we will ask you for your flight details.  This way we can check the flight arrivals to ensure that your chauffer will be there to meet you.
