  • Cancellation fee:

A 24 hour cancellation policy applies. Changes to your transfer within 24 hours are subjuct to availability. Every effort is made to accommodate changes to your transfer due to flight cancellations and inclement weather.

  • Luggage:

Additional luggage or oversized items (e.g prams, golf clubs, surfboards or wheelchairs) may need to be accommodated in a larger vehicle or a luggage trailer may be required.

Please advise when booking to ensure the correct vehicle is supplied. A $20 luggage trailer fee applies.

  • Payment:

All transfers are payable 24 hours prior to your travel via Direct Deposit OR Credit Card (a merchant fee applies to Visa, Mastercard and AMEX).
